What exactly do you do?
We tailor our services to suit your needs, so it depends. We can help you sort, declutter, and build sustainable systems to help make your space and processes more streamlined & functional. Moving clients may want all of those things, plus packing and unpacking assistance. Please reach out and we can make the perfect plan for you.

What is the process?
All clients will start with a consultation. We'll chat in person or over video so we can better understand your project and get an idea of your wants and needs. After that, we'll make a plan and set up in-person sessions that fit your schedule.

Do I have to be there?
Yes and no. We ask that you are in person for the consultation, and perhaps the first session so that we can get to know your style and sort and declutter with your input. After that, some clients will leave it to us to put things back together, and some clients like to be part of the whole process, it's all about personal preference.

Do I need to clean & organize before you see my space?
No, please don't! We absolutely don't judge, and we've seen it all, so please feel comfortable leaving your space as it is. This will help us implement systems that will be sustainable and make sense for you in the long run.

Is it confidential?
Our services are 100% confidential. We will get to know each other well when working together, and everything that is shared in our sessions is completely confidential.

What if I'm not a perfectionist?
Not to worry! Home organization is meant to make your home functional in real life. It's not about the Pinterest-perfect pantry, while we're happy to make that happen, our job is truly about helping you make your space functional and clutter-free so that you can fully relax when it's time.
